Villa Bordonaro is a unique flat and is the pearl that one would not expect to find in a historic centre. In fact, although it is located in a building on Via Bordonaro (the main street in the old part of Cefalù), it has many of the typical features of a prestigious villa (with the exception of the parking area): a large outdoor area fully furnished and set in a beautiful courtyard, a SPA with a Jacuzzi and a Hammam (Turkish bath), and very refined finishes. The Villa Bordonaro flat consists of an entrance hall with a hallway leading on one side to a double bedroom with balcony, and on the other to a large, bright living area through which one can access the inner courtyard and the SPA. Inside the latter, in addition to the jacuzzi and hammam already mentioned, there is also a bathroom with shower. Next to the living room are a large double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a fully equipped kitchen, which leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning is provided in the three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen
