Welcome to the family-friendly vacation village "Feriendorf Uslar," beautifully situated on the edge of town and surrounded by the wooded hills of the "Solling-Vogler" nature park. This charming 65 m² (approx. 700 sq. ft.) 3-room vacation home is the ideal base for families and nature lovers who want to enjoy peace and quiet, hiking trails right from the front door, and numerous activities in the surrounding area. Thanks to its central location relative to the town center and the indoor swimming pool, you will experience a wonderful, carefree vacation with the whole family here.

Layout & comfort (interior) 

You will stay in the cozily furnished vacation home "Solling," which is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room equipped with a satellite TV, radio, and CD player for cozy evenings together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee maker, and features a nice dining table for enjoyable meals together. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom with a shower and toilet. Through the twin bedroom, a ladder leads you up to the open loft on the upper floor. This charming floor under the sloped ceilings has a ceiling height of 100 to 120 cm (approx. 3.3 to 4 feet) and offers two additional sleeping spaces, which is especially popular with children. The house is heated by electric heating and features complimentary Wi-Fi.

Outdoor living & surroundings 

Step right out of the living room onto the covered south-facing patio, where comfortable patio furniture and a convenient storage room are ready for you. The open lawn areas surrounding the house blend directly into the neighboring properties and offer plenty of space. At the vacation village itself, you can use the petanque court free of charge, and children can let off steam at the playground or in the table tennis room. There is endless to experience in the immediate vicinity. Hiking and biking trails start right at the house, and Uslar's indoor swimming pool is just 300 meters away (which you, as a guest, have daily free access to, excluding holidays). The center of Uslar is 1.5 km away, and for daily groceries, you will find a supermarket 700 meters away and a shop at 1.2 km. Also discover nearby attractions such as the ALARIS Butterfly Park at 300 meters, the Adventure Forest with a swimming pond at 7 km, or the beautiful Sababurg Wildlife Park at 22 km distance.
