Description
La Duchesse is a spacious and comfortable vacation home in the hamlet of Boderin, 4.5 km from the center of Sarzeau. The sea and sandy Plage de Landrezac are just 1.8 km away. Thanks to its peaceful location and large private garden, this is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation on the Brittany coast.
The home accommodates 6 adults and 2 children and offers plenty of space for families and groups. The fireplace adds extra warmth and ambiance to the living area. With the coast, the Golfe du Morbihan and beautiful hiking trails nearby, there is plenty to discover all year round.
Layout & Comfort
La Duchesse is a detached 140 m² home spread over two floors. The living/dining room features a fireplace, dining table, satellite TV with international channels and a stereo system. From the living room, you can walk directly into the garden.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, washbasin and shower. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, five-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. There is also a dining table here, as well as access to the terrace. A separate toilet is provided.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with sloping ceilings. One bedroom has two 90 x 190 cm single beds. The second has a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a 130 x 190 cm sofa bed. The third bedroom has a bed and a pull-out bed, both measuring 90 x 190 cm. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The house is electrically heated and has free Wi-Fi. A washing machine, high chair and crib for children up to 2 years old are also provided.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
The vacation home has a 1,000 m² private property with trees. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and four loungers. The portable barbecue is perfect for enjoyable meals outdoors. There is also a practical storage room.
The sandy Plage de Landrezac is 1.8 km away, while the beautiful Golfe du Morbihan is approximately 4 km away. The area is ideal for long walks, including along the famous GR34 coastal trail.
For an active day out, you can visit the 18-hole golf course 10 km away. There are also plenty of opportunities for excursions. Visit Vannes, 22 km away, Arzon, 16 km away, or the charming village of Rochefort-en-Terre, 45 km away. The megalithic monuments of Carnac are 54 km away.
