The property is located in a green residential area, just 1 km from the center, and features a fully fenced private property of no less than 1,400 m². With its large swimming pool, generous garden and spacious terrace, this is a wonderful place for families.

Layout & Comfort

La Rouveyrolle offers approximately 150 m² of living space spread over two floors. The cozy living/dining room features a dining table, TV, radio and CD player. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. From the living room, you can walk directly onto the terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction cooktops, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. There is also a dining table, and the kitchen provides direct access to the terrace.

There are four bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor: two with a 160 cm double bed and one with two separate beds. Another bedroom with two beds is located upstairs.

The bathroom features a bathtub, shower and double sink. There is also a separate toilet. The house has electric heating, free Wi-Fi and is completely non-smoking. A crib and high chair are available for families with young children.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Outside, you will find a spacious, fully fenced 1,400 m² garden with trees, plants and a naturally landscaped garden that is partly left wild. The large 10 x 5 meter private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days. The pool is open from May 1 through September 30 and features a retractable cover.

The impressive 50 m² terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and includes a barbecue and six loungers. It is an ideal place for long outdoor meals, relaxing in the sunshine and enjoying views of the garden. Private parking is available for up to three cars.

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The center of Tresques is approximately 1 km away, while Bagnols-sur-Cèze is about 6 km away. For a day trip to Orange, it is approximately 30 km by car. A shop is 1 km away and the nearest supermarket is about 6 km away. The Tresques La Chapelle bus stop is just 130 meters away.
