Welcome to Villa Alpa, an idyllic holiday home in the popular and quiet area of Umag-Punta. Our villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous tennis courts where the prestigious Umag Open Croatia ATP tennis tournament takes place. Nestled in the favoured tourist environment of Umag, you can expect not only a variety of beaches, but also rich Mediterranean vegetation that provides a relaxing atmosphere.

Flat 1 in Villa Alpa is furnished with great care and modern style to make you feel at home. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette in the living area with microwave, fridge, electric hob and more, as well as a complete bathroom. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included, and the living area is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet access. The exit to the courtyard leads you to a covered terrace overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.

The outdoor area of Villa Alpa leaves nothing to be desired. A 730 square metre plot with a small garden with play facilities for children, free private parking and a large roof terrace with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor whirlpool (for 6 people) are at your disposal. Use of the whirlpool is according to a set schedule, which is displayed in each flat.

Each flat has exclusive use of the whirlpool for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon according to the schedule.

If a flat does not use its reserved time, this can be used by guests from another flat by prior arrangement.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities and sights. The nearest beach is just a few minutes away, and restaurants, bars and the centre of Umag are also within easy reach. For lovers of sports and outdoor activities, there are tennis courts, a golf club, horse riding and much more. There are also cultural excursions into the Istrian hinterland or day trips to Venice. The region is rich in excellent restaurants, and for children there is the Istralandia water park and the Dinopark in Vrsar to discover.
