A tax of 11.5% (5% tourist tax and 6.5% sales tax) must be added to the rental price and the final cleaning. These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance.

The deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition).
