A separate bedroom with a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space, a cosily furnished living room with an inviting seating area and a relaxing armchair, as well as a second, smaller bedroom for a third person, guarantee relaxing nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Entertainment is provided by an 80 cm flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a small music system with CD player.

The well-kept outdoor area of the flat with direct access from the living room and the adjoining bedroom invites you to spend idyllic hours in the open air. A private beach chair and a coffee table under the parasol in the private garden provide the perfect setting to unwind.
