The spacious first floor offers plenty of room with a living room equipped with a dining table, upholstered suite, satellite TV and a fireplace stove, as well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine and toaster. An additional shower/WC and an open terrace complete this floor.

The outdoor area is characterised by a rectangular swimming pool, which was replaced in 2020 by a larger one (7.5m long and 4m wide) with water depths of 1.20m to 1.70m, making it particularly family-friendly. The generously extended sunbathing area, a garden seating area with wood/charcoal barbecue and garden furniture offer plenty of space for relaxation. A car parking space is also available.

The surrounding area offers direct access to the nature reserve above the house, which is ideal for relaxing walks, as well as numerous sports and leisure activities such as cycling tours, surfing, diving, water skiing and sailing. The location offers a perfect starting point for adventures in nature or on the water.
