Layout & Comfort

The vacation home offers approximately 100 m² of living space. The spacious living/dining room is comfortably and rustically furnished and features a dining table, flat-screen TV, radio and CD player. The fireplace adds extra atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace.

There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. One of the bedrooms also has its own shower and toilet and provides access to the terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two induction cooktops, two gas burners, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.

For a comfortable stay, the property offers electric heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron. A crib and high chair are available for families with young children. The house is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Outside, you can enjoy a large, fully fenced 1,700 m² garden with a well-maintained lawn and various plants. The 10 x 5 meter private swimming pool has a depth of 150 cm, steps and a pool alarm. The pool is available year-round.

The large terrace is partly covered and furnished with outdoor furniture. With the barbecue and seven loungers, it is a wonderful place to enjoy long summer days and relaxed meals outdoors.

The property is located in the Hôpital district, approximately 4 km from the center of Ordonnac and about 8 km from Lesparre. Bordeaux is approximately 68 km away. For a day at the seaside, drive about 29 km to the sandy beach of Le Pin Sec.

The surrounding area is known for its vineyards, green landscapes and quiet roads. A supermarket is approximately 8 km away, while the Route de l'Hôpital bus stop is about 600 meters away. Parking is available at the property for up to three cars.
