Welcome to Faisa, a comfortable two-story vacation home with a private swimming pool and a spacious enclosed garden. The property is peacefully and sunny located in the La Marina district, in an elevated residential setting. The sea and the sandy Arenal beach are approximately 7.4 km away.
With its generous outdoor space, this is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, soak up the sun on a lounger and end the day with a convivial barbecue on the covered terrace.
Layout & Comfort
The vacation home offers approximately 160 m² of living space and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find the inviting living/dining room with a fireplace and satellite TV. This room provides direct access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms: one with a 150 x 190 cm double bed and one with two 90 x 180 cm single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker. This floor also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm double bed. This bedroom has air conditioning, a private bathroom with bathtub, bidet and toilet, as well as access to the terrace.
Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also provided. For families, a crib and high chair are available. The property also has central heating.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
The enclosed garden features a lawn and various plants. The private 4 x 9 m swimming pool is a wonderful place to cool off on warm days. The pool has a depth of 1 to 2 meters and is equipped with steps.
The large, 27 m² covered terrace serves as a second outdoor living space. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and loungers and includes a portable barbecue. Enjoy a long lunch in the shade or a relaxed dinner outdoors. The terrace also offers a limited view of the sea.
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for a day at the beach or an active outing. The sandy Arenal beach is approximately 7.4 km away, and a small bay can be found about 2 km from the property. A tennis court, supermarket and restaurant are approximately 3.3 km away.
