Layout & Comfort

The wellness suite is approximately 70 m² and spread over three floors. The interior is tastefully furnished and stylish, with natural stone floors and charming details.

On the ground floor, you will find the living/sleeping room with a 160 cm wide double sofa bed and satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together.

A steep natural stone staircase leads to the lower floor with the private wellness area. Here, you will find a large hot tub in a characteristic vaulted natural stone basement. There is also a shower, bidet and toilet, as well as access to the terrace.

The upper floor features an open bedroom with a panoramic window and a 160 cm wide double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bidet and toilet.

The property also features air conditioning, electric and gas heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, safe and hairdryer. For families, a high chair and crib for children up to 2 years old are available. The property is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

The property has a private garden of approximately 25 m², arranged over several levels and fully fenced. You can relax outdoors on the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and loungers. A barbecue is also provided. From the property and outdoor areas, you can enjoy beautiful views over the valley, the Tuscan countryside and the forest.

The central location in Seggiano makes it easy to reach a restaurant, bar or bakery on foot. A restaurant and bar are approximately 50 meters away, the bakery about 200 meters away and a shop around 500 meters away. The bus stop is approximately 240 meters away.

The property is also conveniently located for day trips. Mount Amiata is approximately 10 km away, Bagno Vignoni 19 km and San Quirico d'Orcia 23 km.
