Layout & Comfort (Interior) 

You will stay in a comfortable and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment located on the upper floor, easily accessible by elevator. The bright living/dining room is equipped with digital television featuring international channels, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating, and offers direct access to the terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic stovetop, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, and Nespresso pods, including a cozy dining area. The apartment features three charming bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating: one room with two single beds (90x190 cm), one double room (140x190 cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet and direct access to the terrace, and another comfortable double room (140x190 cm). In addition, there are two neat bathrooms (both with a shower/toilet, one with a bidet). For extra convenience and comfort, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, and a crib (up to 2 years old) are provided.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings 

Outdoors, you will make the most of the sunny climate thanks to three generous terraces totaling 50 m², furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and a sun lounger where you can gaze out over the sea. Within the fenced grounds of the complex, you will find a beautiful, well-kept garden with a lawn area, two outdoor swimming pools (depth 40-100 cm, open seasonally from June 17 to September 17 between 11:30 AM-3:00 PM and 5:30 PM-9:00 PM), a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and restrooms by the pool. The beach and the sea are literally 50 meters away, offering direct access to the coast. For your daily groceries or a bite to eat, you do not have to travel far: a restaurant and pedestrian area are located 50 meters away, a supermarket 800 meters away, and a shop and bakery 1 km away. The central location also makes it easy to visit cities such as Nerja, Frigiliana, and Granada, or to enjoy a day of skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada.
