Interior
Villa Eos is a natural stone villa, built in the Cretan style, and is situated in a very quiet location in a large olive grove. In addition to the sensational view, you can enjoy a 35 sqm pool in the comfortable villa, which can be heated in autumn and spring. The villa also has a large landscaped garden (1,800 square metres) with 20 olive trees. In the garden you will find numerous seating areas where you can enjoy the view of the bay of Platanes and the Aegean Sea, the sunrise and the sunset. At the outdoor barbecue (with work surface and sink) you can prepare your meal and enjoy it on the terrace; in the cosy lounge corner you can end the evening and enjoy the view. Villa Eos is furnished for up to 6 guests.The two-storey villa has a living area of 100 square metres, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 terraces. On the lower floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and a bedroom as well as the larger bathroom with a large shower. You will also find the washing machine, a hairdryer and iron.
On the upper floor you will find two further bedrooms, one of which is also used as an office. Another bathroom with shower and a larger terrace are also on the upper floor.
In front of the house is a large terrace with a cosy lounge and a seating/dining area. This terrace is also a transition to the spacious garden.
Please note: for our tax declaration in Greece we need the number of your identity card (main tenant).
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge and freezer. There is also a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. In the living room there is a TV with satellite reception (Astra) and Greek TV, a CD player, Amazon fire (with Netflix) and a HomePod for entertainment. All bedrooms are equipped with SAT-TV Amazon fire or Apple TV - in the study there is a printer, a video device for your use, the iMac is unfortunately only prepared for our private use.
