This luxurious, modernly furnished house can accommodate 6 people and has its own mooring at the jetty in the harbour. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and has a unique location with breathtaking views of Lake Veere and the town of Veere. The terrace borders the shores of Lake Veere and is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and two sun loungers. You have your own “swimming pool”, surfing and sailing area literally on your doorstep. Every season has its own charm here. Due to the dynamics of weather and wind, sun and shade, and the changing temperament of the water, the colours of the lake and the sky sometimes change within a few hours. You can cycle to the North Sea beach in 15 minutes and the ferry to Veere is only a 5-minute walk or 1-minute cycle away.

From the living room and luxurious open kitchen, you have a panoramic view of the lake. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a cosy wood-burning stove. The modern open kitchen is equipped with every comfort and includes a large induction hob, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine.

On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, ample storage space, and direct access to a beautiful roof terrace. Here, you can enjoy a magnificent view while savouring a delicious cup of coffee. In the evening, this is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset with a view of Veere. On this floor, you will also find the luxurious bathroom, equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The washing machine is also located in this room, neatly concealed in a cupboard with a sliding door.

There is a guest toilet in the hall.

A small staircase from the ground floor leads to the mezzanine floor. Here you will find a bedroom with a luxurious bunk bed for 2 people. The same staircase from the ground floor leads down to the third bedroom with 2 single beds.

This property is pet-free.

There is ample parking around the property in the private car park and the car park at the harbour. You also have the option of charging your electric car at one of the public charging stations.
