In addition to the use of the garden, the outdoor area offers parking directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. For your convenience, there are (paid) parking spaces on the neighbouring property or garage spaces approx. 300 m away, whereby from March 2022 the parking sticker will apply throughout Vienna and parking is only possible for a fee with a parking ticket from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except public holidays).
The area surrounding our apartment building is just as enticing. The nearest restaurant serving Viennese cuisine is just a 10-minute walk away and a local shopping centre with a supermarket, Japanese restaurant, meat shop, pet shop and petrol station is a 12-minute walk away. For nature and sports enthusiasts, the recreational area of the Old Danube offers free swimming and boat hire, reachable by bike in 15-20 minutes. Medical care is only a 5-minute walk away, and Vienna's city centre or the largest shopping centre in Vienna, the Donauzentrum, can be reached in a short time.
