For shared use: natural state property, plants and trees, swimming pool fenced (6 x 13 m, depth 80 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 20.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 07:00-21:00). Outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 1.8 km long bumpy motor access to the house.
