For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: reception. 2.5 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 3.5 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 6 km. Riding stable 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Montalcino 35 km, Val d´Orcia, Monte Amiata, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km. Hiking paths: Parco dell´Uccellina 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The big common swimming pool is 2500m from the house, reached by a gravel road.
