Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious bungalow in Oostmahorn, ideally located on a small-scale estate near the beautiful Lauwersmeer. With a living area of approximately 100 m² on a generous plot of 550 m², this holiday home offers the perfect base for nature and water sports enthusiasts.
About the Accommodation
This charming bungalow from 1981 is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, directly opposite the former North Sea dike. The property is fully equipped and offers a homely atmosphere as the owners also regularly use the home themselves.

- Living space: Approximately 100 m², fully equipped with double glazing and insect screens.
- Bedrooms: Three bedrooms in total. Two are located in the mansard (attic). On the ground floor there is a cozy box-bed room with a double bed.
- Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, toilet and a washing machine.
- Garden: Well-maintained garden with a furnished terrace to enjoy sitting outside.

- Nature & Relaxation: Located near the Dark Sky Park Lauwersmeer, where you can enjoy an unparalleled starry sky.
- Water sports: Rent a sloop, sailboat or canoe or take the ferry to Schiermonnikoog.
- Child-friendly: The site has a playground with soccer goals, a basketball hoop and a volleyball court. In the immediate vicinity you will find an indoor play paradise and various play fields.
- Pet-friendly: Maximum 2 dogs allowed. There is a special dog beach and dogs are welcome in nearby nature areas.
- Gastronomy: Various excellent restaurants in the marina, on the dike and in the nearby fishing harbors.
Location and Surroundings
From your holiday home at the Lauwersmeer you are only 3 kilometers from the North Sea and 300 meters from the lake. Visit the historic Dokkum for a day of shopping or discover the authentic fishing village of Paesens-Moddergat. For your daily groceries you can go to the local supermarket in Esonstad or the large supermarket in Anjum.
