45 km northwest of Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa / Joutenvesi 50 m. Sand, partly rock bottom, pier, own boat.Wooden chalet 2014, large kitchen-living room, on the ground floor 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. All bedrooms have an own shower and toilet. Upstairs bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping loft with 2 beds, toilet. The utility room / hallway, dressing room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), toilet. Large terrace.
Lakeside sauna with wood-burning stove. Sauna is in use during 1.5 - 31.10.
Wi-Fi and satellite channels. The villa has a total of 5 showers and 5 toilets.

Fish cleaning spot is near the grill on the shore. The villa is located on the shores of Saimaa, in peaceful area of Tallusniemi. Rocky slope plot, 40 m to the lakeside sauna along a lighted path, the way is rather steep. Steeply deepening shore.
Perfect holiday destination around the year for active holiday as well as for family time or relaxing. The villa is spaciously decorated, respecting Finnish traditions, with light colors and surfaces made of natural materials. The forest and fishy waters awaits you. The area also has a sandy beach and a playground for children 300 meters away.
Tallusniemi is located in a wonderful location 13 km from the village of Oravi, from where catering services and guided tours (canoeing, fishing, norpa watching, ice skating and sleigh tours) are available. Outboard motor (2.3 hp) and extra rowing boat for rent, also canoes, kayaks and sup boards.
Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the price.
