23 km to the southeast from Oulu, 11 km to the northwest from Muhos, river Oulujoki 40 m, river bank with stairs, flowing water, natural beach, water level varies.Wooden cabin, built in 2010.
Living room/kitchen with sofa bed 1-2 person (140x190 cm) , bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), another bedroom with 2 bed (width 80 cm), sauna, washroom/WC and utility area, large terrace (60 m²), half covered.
Summer playroom for children in the outbuilding, trampoline, sandbox and swings.
Campfire site by the river, isolated booth for dog in the outbuilding (no dog fence).
Internet connection by optical fibre, which makes this cottage suitable for example teleworking! Wheelchair ramp at the entrance, shallow thresholds in the washroom and terrace, elsewhere no thresholds.
The cabin is equipped with piano, air source heat pump (can also be used for cooling in summer), towel warmer in the washroom, mechanical ventilation, central vacuum cleaner and large refrigerator-cellars. 2 x TV.
Yard is bright, flat and grassed. Beautiful old outbuilding in the yard. The river is on the southern side.
Public beach 2 km, hiking route to the Rokua (Geopark) 7 km. Muhos municipality center 11 km.
Services of Oulu city center 22 - 25 km. Nallikari Beach 26 km.
