The villa offers breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains and the picturesque village of Fornalutx, as well as a beautiful garden that stretches to the horizon. The outdoor area has various seating areas, including cosy wicker furniture by the fountain and a dining area in the shade of a parasol, complemented by a massive stone barbecue that adds to the atmosphere.

This cute 90 m² hideaway is situated in a wild and romantic location in the Tramuntana mountains, yet only a few minutes' walk from flower-filled Fornalutx. From the airport, you can easily reach the house in just one hour via the MA-11 and MA-10 motorways. Sóller (7 km) and Port de Sóller (9 km) are great places for longer shopping trips, walks and a visit to the beach.
