This charming vacation home for 8 people is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in Croatia, situated just 19 kilometers from the famous coastal city of Poreč and its beautiful beaches.

This 120 m² vacation home offers all the space you need. The 600 m² plot features a well-maintained lawn and a refreshing 24 m² private pool. The covered terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, is the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors together. The layout of the house ensures a comfortable stay:
Ground floor: A spacious living room with a dining area for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom/toilet. From the living room, you have direct access to the pool.
First floor: Three comfortable double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and offering a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, providing extra privacy and convenience.
A high chair is available for the little ones, and pets (max. 1) are very welcome in this vacation home.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
