Outdoor living: A 38 m² private pool (open from May to the end of September), three covered terraces, a children's playground, a trampoline, and a private bowling alley.
Unique Konoba: The highlight of the estate is the charming "konoba." This outbuilding is partially constructed from authentic natural stone and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, satellite TV, and an extra sleeping area.
Comfort: The 115 m² main house is equipped with air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, a cozy living room, and two comfortable double bedrooms.
Everything is provided for a worry-free stay, including free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and private parking with a carport for two cars.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
