Welcome to Villa Kallahti, a historic gem located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland in Vuosaari, Helsinki! Built in 1910, this villa radiates old-world charm while offering all the modern amenities you need. Villa Kallahti provides everything for a hassle-free vacation by the sea. On the villa’s ground floor, there is a shared living room and dining area that seats 12 people. The separate kitchen is well-equipped, and next to it is a utility room with a washing machine. The ground floor also has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, while the other (with a folding door) has two beds and a work desk. Additionally, there is a sauna section with a separate entrance from outside, which includes a WC, a shower room, and an electric sauna.

On the upper floor, you will find a WC, a hall area, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has four beds and access to a balcony, while the other has two beds.

Between the villa and the stunning sandy beach runs a pedestrian and bicycle path, which is the only access to the property—there is no other car traffic. The beach is approximately 50 meters away.

Please note that the villa's multiple fireplaces are not currently in use.
