Layout & Comfort (Interior) 

You will stay in the functionally and comfortably furnished 1-bedroom apartment "Talìa Sole" of 40 m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.), located on the ground floor. The bright living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and a convenient double sofa bed. From the living room, you step directly onto the balcony or terrace. The open kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop and an oven, so you can easily prepare your favorite meals. The apartment also features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a fan, and direct access to the terrace, as well as a neat bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet. For added convenience, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, crib (up to 2 years old), and free Wi-Fi are provided. Safety comes first thanks to installed smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings 

Outdoors is pure enjoyment. Take a dip in the shared outdoor pool (5 x 10 meters, open seasonally from May 1 to October 31) or rinse off your salty feet under the outdoor shower. Around the pool, you will find a large shared terrace (60 m²) with comfortable patio furniture and a barbecue for cozy evenings in the fresh air. Both the private terrace (10 m²) and the balcony (6 m²) are equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for a relaxed breakfast in the morning sun. The location is extremely convenient: the beautiful sandy beach "Sampieri" is just a 200-meter walk away. For daily groceries, you can walk 100 meters to the supermarket, and for a tasty meal or a drink, you will find a restaurant 300 meters away and a bar just 50 meters away. Sampieri is also a perfect base for exploring beautiful Sicily. Be sure to visit stunning nearby Baroque towns such as Modica (25 km), Noto (40 km), and Ragusa (40 km).

Parking: You have a private parking space on site for one car. 

Pets: A maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed in the apartment.

Climate: Air conditioning is available; heating (forced-air heating) is available seasonally from December 1 to March 31 and is not available in all rooms. 

Accessibility: A car is necessary to properly explore the area. The building is located 20 meters from the main road and does not have an elevator.
