4-Person Apartment on the Costa del Azahar

Enjoy a sunny and relaxing beach vacation in the apartment complex "La Vina" in Oropesa de Mar. This functionally furnished 2-bedroom, 65 m² (approx. 700 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the second floor, just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beach "Morro de Gos." Featuring a large shared swimming pool, a children's pool, and numerous facilities nearby, this is the ideal base for families and couples looking for water fun and culture on Spain's Costa del Azahar.

Layout & Comfort (Interior) 

You will stay in a comfortable apartment featuring a bright living/dining room with a dining table, digital television (Spanish channels), and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The practical kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, freezer, toaster, and an electric coffee maker, and also offers access to the terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms: one room with a double bed (135x190 cm) and one room with two single beds (90x190 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet, and a 100-liter water heater is provided. For added convenience, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and a fire extinguisher are available in the home. Please note: the apartment does not feature heating facilities.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings 

Outdoors, you can fully enjoy the terrace overlooking the pool, equipped with comfortable balcony furniture. The complex features a wonderful outdoor swimming pool (20x10 meters, seasonally open from June 1 to September 30), a separate children's pool, an outdoor shower, a children's playground, and a well-maintained lawn. The location is exceptionally convenient: the Oropesa de Mar train station is just 50 meters away, a bus stop is 150 meters away, and cozy restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found as close as 200 meters. For daily shopping, you can walk to the supermarket in 600 meters. Also explore the beautiful surroundings, such as the Vía Verde del Mar hiking area (just 4 meters away!), nearby Peñíscola (45 km), or the Aquarama water park in Benicàssim (10 km).

• Parking: A covered parking space (no. 20) is included. Please note: the parking space or garage is exclusively suitable for a small to medium-sized car. 

• Accessibility: The complex is reached via a stairway, and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor; there is no elevator available. 

• Noise & Surroundings: A railway runs about 50 meters from the house; the surrounding area can be sensitive to noise disturbance. The owner does not accept youth groups. 

• Pets: This property is strictly for stays without pets.
