Luxury Vacation Home with Pool and Sea View

Enjoy peace, space and beautiful views at Panorama 1, a charming single-family home in the green surroundings of Labin, Istria. The detached vacation home is just 700 meters from the center, yet its elevated and peaceful location provides plenty of privacy.

The main highlight is the spacious, fenced garden with a private swimming pool. You can also use the sauna and hot tub for an additional charge. With two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the home is ideal for a family or two couples looking to enjoy Istria together.

Layout & Comfort

The rustic vacation home is spread over two floors. In the cozy living/dining room, a panoramic window and fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is a flat-screen TV, and the living room provides access to the terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Both rooms feature a comfortable 180 x 200 cm double bed, a private shower and toilet, and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has access to the terrace.

The property features free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Heating is available from November 1 through April 1.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

The house is surrounded by an 800 m² fenced private property with a landscaped garden, lawn and plants. The heated private swimming pool is available year-round and measures 8 x 4 meters, with a depth of 140 cm. There are steps leading into the pool and an outdoor shower. The owner or gardener takes care of pool maintenance.

There are two covered terraces of approximately 15 m² each, furnished with outdoor furniture and loungers. The barbecue is perfect for long summer evenings outdoors. From the terraces, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

The location is also ideal for an active vacation. Hiking trails start just 100 meters from the house, while a cycling path is approximately 150 meters away. A riding stable is 3 km away. The sea and a pebble beach are approximately 5 km away.

In the immediate surroundings, you will find a shop 300 meters away, a supermarket and restaurant approximately 1.2 km away, and a bus stop about 1.1 km away. Parking is available on the private property.
