80km northwest of Kajaani, lake Syväjärvi 40 m (length 1 km, width 300 m), own beach (rather deep sanded mud bottom), pier and rowing boat.2-storey villa built of stone and log in 2014, in upstairs there are combined livingroom-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed (lower bed 120 cm, upper bed 80 cm) and bathroom with shower and toilet. In downstairs there are bedroom with 2 beds, livingroom, utility room, bathroom (2 showers), electric sauna and separate toilet.
There are 2 television sets, dvd/blu-ray, 3 showers and 2 toilets in the villa also child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Price includes 1 bag of firewood. Extra wood from caretaker 10 euroa/bag. Comfort and quality for family holidays, good view to the slopes and nice location also for summer holiday by a small lake.
Ukkohalla is a small holiday resort by the lake Syväjärvi. Tourist information point, small grocery store, restaurant, spa, ski center, snowmobile routes, cross country skiing tracks and programme services are available. Distance from the villa to the services is 500 m by walk over the bridge and 1 km by the road. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, bus stop in Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station in Kontiomäki 66 km.
