75 km to the northeast from Kuopio, pond Pönkälampi (length 250 m, width 250 m), shallow sandy bottom, water depth at the end of the pier is about one meter, own boat. The second rowing the boat is located on the lake Valkeinen, distance 100 meters.

Former main building of the farm, renovated for holiday usage. Big living room spreadable sofa, bedroom 2 beds + fireplace, bedroom 2 beds + fireplace, bedroom 2 beds, washroom (WC and shower), hall.

Separate lakeside sauna, living room with fireplace, spreadable sofa for two, washroom with WC and shower, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove). Covered cooking area on lakeside.

In the living room, there is a big traditional baking oven. Own fireplace in both bedrooms. You can sense old house -feeling and grandma’s house -feeling in the building. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per reservation.

If the final cleaning has not been ordered and it has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged as double afterwards.

The cottage has charging possibility for electric car for extra fee 5€ / day. For rent Evtun Accelev 8kw charger type1 / type2, additional price 10 €.

The holiday house is located in a spacious farm landscape. Due windiness, there are only few mosquitoes. There are no other cabins on the shore of the lake. No visual contact with the neighbors. Road runs next to the house. Fire extinguisher is located outside and shared with 2 cabins.

Two electric scooters for rent, shared use of six cottages (inquiries from the owner).

Recycling option for metal, cardboard, compost and recycled plastic.

The owner invests in solar power.

Distance to the Tahko ski centre is 22 km, to the western slopes of Tahko 14 km (the nearest ski lift). There is a spa, restaurants, equipment rental and golf course in Tahko area. 6 km to Varpaisjärvi with the nearest grocery store, a restaurant, and a lighted ski trail.
