Casa Silvi is a charming and fully renovated vacation home in the heart of the picturesque village of Lucinasco. The house is located in a peaceful pedestrian zone, right in the village center, yet in an elevated position with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area. With its comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and two terraces, it is an ideal base for a relaxing vacation in Liguria.

You will stay within easy reach of shops, a bakery, restaurants and a children’s playground. The Ligurian coast is 18 km away. The area also offers plenty to discover for lovers of local specialties, with regional products available for purchase in Lucinasco.

Layout & Comfort

Casa Silvi is a tastefully furnished 85 m² terraced house spread over two floors. The interior is bright, modern and fully renovated.

On the ground floor, you will find the living/sleeping room with a comfortable 160 x 200 cm double sofa bed. There is a Swedish wood-burning stove, satellite TV and international TV channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction cooktops, toaster, kettle, freezer and electric coffee maker. Nespresso pods are also provided. The dining table and tiled stove create a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen provides access to the terrace.

This floor also has a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two bunk beds measuring 80 x 200 cm. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet and toilet.

The house has wood heating and air conditioning. A washing machine, iron, mosquito net, high chair, crib and hairdryer are also provided. Wi-Fi is available. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher provide additional safety.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Casa Silvi has two terraces measuring 20 m² and 15 m². You can enjoy terrace furniture, four loungers and comfortable seating. The panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Lucinasco make this a wonderful place to relax outdoors.

The location is ideal for exploring the village on foot. A grocery store and bakery are just 50 meters away, while a restaurant is 100 meters away. The bus stop and children’s playground are also 100 meters away.

For a day at the beach, drive approximately 18 km to the sandy coast. The swimming lake near Borgomaro is 7 km away. Imperia is 18 km away, while Borgomaro is 7 km away.
