With a south-facing orientation, a huge 30 m² terrace, and magnificent views of the lake, mountains, and surrounding nature, this is the ultimate base for both active winter sports vacations and relaxing summer getaways.

Layout & Comfort (Interior) 

You will stay in a bright, comfortable, and cozily furnished penthouse that is fully equipped with modern conveniences. The heart of the home is the generous living and dining room, equipped with a cozy fireplace, a stereo system, and direct access to the sunny terrace. The open kitchen is very thoroughly equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and facilities for a cozy evening of fondue or raclette. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms: one room with cable TV and a DVD player, a spacious bedroom with a double bed (200x220 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), and an extra room with a single bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and toilet, and one with a shower and toilet. For added convenience and comfort, the property is equipped with free Wi-Fi, central heating, a washing machine, a fire extinguisher, and a baby crib for the youngest guests.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings 

Outdoors, you will fully enjoy the fresh mountain air and the sun on the expansive 30 m² south-facing terrace, equipped with comfortable patio furniture and a mobile barbecue for long summer evenings. The complex features handy facilities such as a shared storage room for bicycles and skis. The location is fantastic for lovers of action and nature. In winter, you are just 600 meters from the ski resort, the ski lift, and the ski bus stop, and well-known areas such as Arvenbühl and Flumserberge are also easy to reach. In summer, you can walk straight into the beautiful nature or visit the crystal-clear Lake Walen (Walensee) 4 kilometers away, where you can swim, sail, and surf. The village center with shops, restaurants, and an indoor swimming pool is located just 500 meters away.

Good to Know 

• Parking & Accessibility: You have a private parking space and a private garage at the house, including a charging station for electric vehicles. The complex is located on a dead-end mountain road; in winter, snow chains (and a 4x4) are recommended. The penthouse is located on the third floor and is not accessible by elevator. 

• Pets: A maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed in this non-smoking property. 

• Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available.
