In the immediate vicinity of Pärnävaara sports center and close to services of Joensuu city center.15 km to the northwest from Joensuu, lake Jyrinjärvi 20 m (0.3 km²), steep slope to the beach (stepped stone path with railing ), sand bottom, pontoon pier, 4-5 m shallow and then deepens quickly, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m.
Log cabin 1992, extended in 2000. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, on the upper floor bedroom (small and low door, height 125 cm) with 120 cm wide bed and sleeping alcove with 80 cm wide bed, low loft (room height 143 cm) with 2 mattresses. Separate stairs to the loft and upper floor. Wood-heated sauna washroom, terrace, balcony.
