Vacation Home with Pool in Tuscany

Enjoy the Italian outdoor lifestyle at Podere Piastriccio, a rustic and atmospheric vacation home at the Fattoria di Pietrabuona agriturismo. Surrounded by greenery, the property is set on a hillside just 4.5 km from the center of Pescia. From the grounds, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

The semi-detached vacation home accommodates 4 guests and is a great choice for families or a small group looking to combine the tranquility of Tuscany with excursions to historic cities, thermal baths and the coast. Your dog is welcome too, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.

Layout & Comfort

Podere Piastriccio/Apt. Grande is a semi-detached home of approximately 70 m², spread over two floors. The furnishings are simple and rustic, perfectly matching the rural atmosphere of the agriturismo.

On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room with a cozy fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, four gas burners and an electric coffee maker. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

This floor also has a bedroom with a 150 cm wide double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a second bedroom with two beds is located.

The vacation home has gas heating. A crib for children up to 2 years old, high chair and mosquito net are provided. Firewood for the fireplace is available for an additional charge.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors around Fattoria di Pietrabuona. The agriturismo features landscaped grounds with trees and a meadow, a patio, gazebo and an outdoor swimming pool measuring 12 x 5 meters. The pool is 120 to 150 cm deep and is open seasonally from May 3 through September 27.

The pool is approximately 700 meters from the vacation home. You can also use the table tennis table, foosball table and children's playground. At the house itself, you have a private seating area in the garden, outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue. Parking is available at the property.

The surrounding area is ideal for exploring Tuscany. A shop is approximately 700 meters away, while the center of Pescia, with amenities including a supermarket, is about 4.5 km away. A bus stop is just 100 meters from the vacation home.

From Pescia, you can easily visit a variety of Tuscan destinations. Montecarlo is approximately 12 km away, Pistoia 30 km, San Miniato 38 km and Pisa about 55 km. Lucca, approximately 20 km away, is also perfect for a day trip. For relaxation, visit the thermal baths of Montecatini, about 10 km away.

Golf enthusiasts can play on an 18-hole golf course approximately 13 km away. Fancy a day at the seaside? The sandy beach of Viareggio is about 60 km away.

The agriturismo also offers local sales of regional products. The owner lives on the same property.
