Premium studio

The Premium Studio is the perfect combination of comfort, freedom, and convenience. A pleasant place where you not only enjoy a restful night’s sleep, but can also cook for yourself and relax, with all the facilities of Hof van Salland within easy reach. Ideal for those who like to set their own pace while still enjoying a luxurious holiday environment. 

With a surface area of approximately 30 m², the studio offers plenty of space and is located on the ground floor of the complex at the entrance of the park. At the front, you have your own terrace, a lovely spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or to sit outside and unwind after a day in nature. 

The studio is comfortably furnished with, among other things, luxury box-spring beds, a TV, and a cozy seating area. The kitchen facilities allow you to prepare your own warm meals, ensuring you have everything you need for a carefree and relaxing stay. 

The bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Of course, wireless internet is available, and bed linen with made-up beds and towels are included, so you can start enjoying your stay immediately upon arrival. 

Although all Premium Studios offer the same facilities, the layout may differ per studio. If you have a preference, you can request a specific studio when making your reservation.

You will stay at Hof van Salland, a luxurious and small-scale holiday park in Hellendoorn, set in the green landscape of Salland. Upon arrival, you will immediately experience the peace, space, and nature that characterize this park. The comfortable facilities make your stay extra pleasant. You can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool all year round, have lunch or dinner at restaurant De Hazelaer with delicious regional products, or stay active on the tennis court. Bicycle rental is also available, allowing you to explore the surroundings at your own pace.

Hof van Salland is located directly on the Pieterpad hiking trail and a short distance from National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug. Here you can walk and cycle through vast heathlands, forests, and rolling landscapes. Nearby, you will find various attractive outings, such as the Outdoor Center Sallandse Heuvelrug, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, and Het Kabouterpad. For a cultural excursion, the historic Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle are within easy reach. In addition, the region offers museums, small-scale attractions, and local farms where you can discover regional products and Salland hospitality.
