Looking for a pleasant place to fully unwind? The Comfort Hotelkamer | 2 personen is located on the upper floor of the hotel, accessible via a staircase. With a surface area of 21 square metres, there's plenty of room to settle in and let the tranquility of the Veluwe sink in.
Everything for a comfortable stay
The room features a comfortable box spring bed and a cosy seating area, perfect for starting or ending your day at ease. You'll also find a flatscreen TV, air conditioning and a Nespresso coffee machine for a good cup of coffee whenever you fancy one. The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with mirror and a toilet. Fresh bedding and towels are ready for you upon arrival. For sustainability reasons, the room isn't cleaned daily, but you can easily add extra cleaning to your booking. If you'd like breakfast, you can reserve it in advance and enjoy a breakfast buffet with regional products in the restaurant, just a few minutes' walk from your room.

Hotel De Boshoek enjoys a quiet setting, making this room ideal for anyone looking to relax. Still, there's plenty to do when you feel like heading out, such as a visit to Hoge Veluwe National Park with its forests and heathlands, a day at Apenheul or Burgers' Zoo, or a bike ride through the surrounding villages. The prompt responses I general to queries thanks to the AI whatsapp.
The fixtures and fittings of the hotel room are of good quality.
I have arthritis so would have liked to have been warned of the steep narrow staircase up to the room.
The room key did not work, but I got a response super fast and a solution foundmuch appreciated. The coffee and tea in the room was great. A water bottle would be great.
However the failure to provide an actual MATTRESS ON THE BED, meant I slept badly, did not feel rested and was in pain.
They were twin beds pushed together and a topper mattress place over them, instead of a proper double mattress, which was way too soft and lumpy and provided no support.
Pillows we're also old and lumpy. The whole point was to get rest, which I'm afraid I did not feel I got on that bed.
Lack ofnhuman supprt after 5pm, was disappointing as I could not get my issies addressed in time and gave up trying.
Also, the receptionist mis pronounced numbers in English, so I was led to believe breakfast cost 80€, not 18. And the key deposit was 50€, not 15€. Im sure you will agreex this is a fundamental that should be addressed. I dont want to be on a break and spend the whole time trying to find info. The App sounds great, but is only partially in English and you have no way of seeing what food is available on the app, you just have to book and hope for the best. It would help to be able to SEE what food is available and make a.more informed choice.

Bij het nest was het een gezellige boel en zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en drinken.

We waren door omstandigheden maar 2 dagen op het park, maar eenmaal na een dag hectiek te hebben gehad terug op het park en toch een beetje het vakantiegevoel hebben. Dit dankzij het top team.
