The villa has a spacious L-shaped living room on the ground floor, where French doors at both the back and the side of the house give access to the garden. The living room is stylishly decorated and equipped with a cosy gas fireplace - ideal for spending cold winter evenings warm and cosy.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge with separate freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can enjoy sumptuous meals together at the cosy dining area. Comfortable bedrooms and family-friendly facilities

There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor: two rooms with a double bed and one room with two single beds. There is also a cot and high chair for little ones. The nice bathroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower cabin. Sunny garden and terrace

The small-scale luxury Villaparc Duynopgangh is located just behind the dunes in the Kop van Noord-Holland area of Julianadorp aan Zee. The impressive dunes, wide and clean sandy beaches and unspoilt nature offer you a carefree beach life with hours of beach walks in an area with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. You will also find plenty of peace and space in the varied polder landscape surrounding this park. In spring, the extensive flower bulb fields near the park are in bloom and you can enjoy all the beautiful colours. Julianadorp is a town with clean sandy beaches, a beautiful dune area and ideally located in the bulb-growing region of North Holland. Julianadorp consists of two parts, the core Julianadorp and the North Sea-side resort Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp aan Zee has an enchanting and long sandy beach. The beach there is almost four kilometres long and quite wide. You can usually find a nice spot for a lovely day at the beach. Even in fine weather, it is reasonably clear here. There is ample parking at every beach entrance and you can park your car or motorbike completely free of charge. The cosy centre of Julianadorp also invites you with its many shops, restaurants and terraces. In Julianadorp, you can enjoy the endless flower fields that are in full bloom in spring. Or discover some two thousand different types of flowers in the Flora Garden. In summer, you are more than welcome in Julianadorp to come and enjoy the beach and all the possibilities for water sports.
