Villapark Duynopgangh. This small-scale luxury Park is located just behind the dunes at the tip of North Holland in Julianadorp aan Zee. This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The luxury villa with a beautiful thatched roof is characterised by comfort.

 

On the ground floor is the large L-shaped living room with French doors at the back and side of the house. The living room has an open luxury fitted kitchen with a dining area. In the living room you will find a beautiful gas fireplace that is lovely to use in the cold winter months.  The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge with separate freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. A cot and a highchair are available for the little ones. The bathroom has two sinks with a shower cabin. The villa is located on a spacious plot of 500 m2 with a large sun terrace facing south and is situated on a canal. The lovely sunny garden has several terraces with garden furniture and is fully fenced. Pets are allowed so you can come and spend a lovely holiday here with the family and your four-legged friend. 

Environment

The small-scale luxury Villaparc Duynopgangh is located just behind the dunes in the Kop van Noord-Holland area of Julianadorp aan Zee. The detached villas with south-facing gardens are the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. The park is characterised by beautiful beach villas with thatched roofs. The impressive dunes, wide and clean sandy beaches and unspoilt nature offer you a carefree beach life with hours of beach walks in an area with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. On the beach there is a modern beach pavilion which is open all year round for a tasty snack and/or drink. You will also find plenty of peace and space in the varied polder landscape surrounding this park. In spring, the extensive flower bulb fields near the park are in bloom and you can enjoy all the beautiful colours.

Julianadorp is a town with clean sandy beaches, a beautiful dune area and ideally located in the bulb-growing region of North Holland. Julianadorp consists of two parts, the core Julianadorp and the North Sea-side resort Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp aan Zee has an enchanting and long sandy beach. The beach there is almost four kilometres long and quite wide. You can usually find a nice spot for a lovely day at the beach. Even in fine weather, it is reasonably clear here. There is ample parking at every beach entrance and you can park your car or motorbike completely free of charge. The cosy centre of Julianadorp also invites you with its many shops, restaurants and terraces.

In Julianadorp, you can enjoy the endless flower fields that are in full bloom in spring. Or discover some two thousand different types of flowers in the Flora Garden.

In summer, you are more than welcome in Julianadorp to come and enjoy the beach and all the possibilities for water sports. In autumn and winter, the dunes invite you to take a walk or cycle to get a breath of fresh air. In short: Julianadorp is an ideal holiday destination all year round.
