This small-scale luxury Park is located just behind the dunes at the head of North Holland in Julianadorp aan Zee. This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.  The park is characterised by its beautiful villas with thatched roofs. This beautiful villa is suitable for up to 6 people, is in a nice quiet location on the park and has its own driveway. On the ground floor is the large L-shaped living room with French doors at the back of the house. The living room has a modern open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster and kettle. Also on the ground floor is a small 2nd bathroom with washing machine and dryer and there is a separate toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds with separate mattresses. In one of the bedrooms, the beds can also be pushed apart.  The bathroom has a bath with shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. A cot, highchair and stair gate have been provided for the little ones.

The villa is located on a spacious plot of 500 m2 with a large sun terrace facing south. There are several terraces with garden furniture and electric grill and is located by the water. Ideal for wonderful relaxing holidays at the coast.

The small-scale luxury Villaparc Duynopgangh is located just behind the dunes in the Kop van Noord-Holland area of Julianadorp aan Zee. You will also find plenty of peace and space in the varied polder landscape surrounding this park. In spring, the extensive flower bulb fields near the park are in bloom and you can enjoy all the beautiful colours. Julianadorp is a town with clean sandy beaches, a beautiful dune area and ideally located in the bulb-growing region of North Holland. Julianadorp consists of two parts, the core Julianadorp and the North Sea-side resort Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp aan Zee has an enchanting and long sandy beach. The beach there is almost four kilometres long and quite wide. You can usually find a nice spot for a lovely day at the beach. Even in fine weather, it is reasonably clear here. There is ample parking at every beach entrance and you can park your car or motorbike completely free of charge. The cosy centre of Julianadorp also invites you with its many shops, restaurants and terraces. In Julianadorp, you can enjoy the endless flower fields that are in full bloom in spring. Or discover some two thousand different types of flowers in the Flora Garden. In summer, you are more than welcome in Julianadorp to come and enjoy the beach and all the possibilities for water sports. In autumn and winter, the dunes invite you to take a walk or cycle to get a breath of fresh air. In short: Julianadorp is an ideal holiday destination all year round.
