Description
The Klaproos accommodates 2 to 4 persons (a family). Every inch in AVILLA's tiny house has been thought through and optimally used. This is clearly reflected in the cozy living room with handy kitchenette. Also nice: the front of the holiday home can be opened completely. The kitchen is well equipped, including a fridge/freezer combination and an electric stove. The (parent) bedroom has its own sliding door and patio; it is nice to wake up with the first rays of the sun. The sleeping loft is particularly suitable for older children because of its access via a fairly steep staircase. The bathroom offers a remarkable amount of space. But... some luxury is of course not forbidden. The Kleproos is located in a car-free area with all the facilities of Klepperstee within walking distance.

AVILLA is for people who value a healthy indoor and outdoor climate, people who want to break new ground. A stay that is one with nature, that gives a pleasant feeling, that is something you will enjoy. AVILLA is an initiative of a fellow villager: John Roos from Ouddorp. Lovely local!

Das Konzept und die Umgebung sind super!Waren schon oft hier -auch in Ridderstee-allerdings war die Reinigung die letzten 2 Male nicht ausreichend!Überall Spinnenwebe und Staub !Die Couch war voller Flecken und Hundehaare !Die hätte man wenigstens mit einem Staubsauger entfernen können-Den Tisch konnte man nicht ausklappen -weil ein Teil fehlte !

Heerlijk verblijf in een klaproos. Goede inventaris in deze tiny house. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie met supermarkt, fietsverhuur en restaurant vlakbij. We komen graag terug!

Süßes kleines Haus, tolle Umgebung zum Radfahren, schöne, gepflegte Anlage und alles unkompliziert. Und hundefreundlich.

Prachtig al dat hout bij het centrale gebouw en de ruimte en bloemen er omheen. Kleprooshuisje was prima. Wat nodig is, was er. Goed sfeertje in het tinyhouse en mooie oplossingen. Ook prima omgeving. Breed strand. Wil hier nog wel een keer naar terug

De gezelligheid en uitstraling die er is op klepperstee. Ook een rondje gemaakt op ridderstee, dit vonden wij maar een saaie boel. Blij dat we op klepperstee zaten.
