The house has a stunning open plan layout, with direct access to the garden and fenced pool area. The ground floor of Maison Helene has been architect designed to create a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen area and to optimise access to the terrace and pool. It's the perfect place to enjoy hot days and warm summer evenings. The house benefits from seating areas front and back, with a lovely fig tree in the back garden providing shade to the generous seating area. Parking on property or opposite the house.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Shops, mini supermarket, and the weekly Tuesday market are also to be found in the town. Two large supermarkets are within a short walk or drive on the edge of town. The wonderful sandy beaches at Marseillan Plage are a 10-minute drive away. The lovely beaches of Cap d'Agde are just 10-15 minutes away by car, including some quintessential beach club restaurants up and down the coast. Enjoy the luxury of waiter service to your parasol-shaded sun bed, before retiring for lunch in the restaurant!

Many children's attractions, including water parks and leisure activities are available locally. Wineries abound in the villages surrounding Marseillan, including many creating the now well-loved Picpoul de Pinet. Tuesday is market day in Marseillan, or if you miss it, travel to a nearby village - there's a market on somewhere locally every day of the week!
