Description
This detached bungalow is furnished for 4 people, located on the second row at the marina of Roompot Beach resort. The beach and park facilities are within walking distance, ideal for a family holiday. The house is located on a spacious plot and has a fully fenced garden with south-facing terrace and comfortable garden furniture such as a garden table, garden chairs and two sunbeds. around the house.
The entrance to the house provides access to three bedrooms with Auping beds (extra-long, 2.10m), one of which has a double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed each. Each bedroom has a TV. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, sink and a Finnish sauna, where you can relax after a nice walk on the beach. There is a guest toilet in the hall.
The neat, attractively furnished living room has a flat-screen digital TV and additional foreign channels. The open kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, such as a microwave, a fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. For the true coffee lover, there is a Nespresso-coffeemachine with milk frother, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine. There is a washer-dryer combination in the storage room.
In the adjacent garage, you can store your bicycles and/or car. The driveway has room for one car.

If you book a holiday at this holiday park, you will have all facilities at your fingertips. The park includes a small supermarket and restaurant as well as a subtropical swimming paradise. Please note! When booking through Ruiterplaat Vakanties, entry to the swimming paradise is not included.

Trotz des eher schlechten Wetters habe ich mich in Ostrea 77 sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es mangelt an Nichts. Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenausstattung, es wurde an alles gedacht. Für mich persönlich hätte die Matratze etwas härter sein können, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit empfehlen und komme auch gerne wieder

Wir waren vom 8.7.-22.7.2024 in Ostrea 77. Wir buchen seit vielen Jahren immer über Ruiterplaat. Ostrea 77 war bisher das schönste Haus von allen. Alles neuwertig, kurzer Weg zum Strand, eine Sauna im Haus und auch sonst alles prima.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Es gibt mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Eierkocher, Backofen, Waschmaschine. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr schön stimmig und modern eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig gelegen, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Der Hafen ist vom Garten und Schlafzimmerfenster zu sehen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
