Description
Beautifully renovated house with among other things kitchen from 2009. The cottage area at Bro Strand is beautifully situated between beach, forest and fields. Boat ramp 600 m. At Varbjerg Havn there is a small, cozy marina, where there is also a restaurant (closed during the winter months) with a beautiful view over the water and the surrounding area. Good fishing opportunities along the coast, in one of the put-and-take lakes in the area, or possibly from a rented boat. In the area there is a communal area with, among other things, a petanque court and a smaller playground. Bro Strand is situated between the two charming trading towns of Bogense and Middelfart. Funen's 'capital' Odense offers many activities and experiences and is certainly worth a visit.

For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
