Behind the house there is a forest area rich in berries and mushrooms. Approx. 300 metres from the house is a child-friendly swimming area with diving platform and jetty. The house has a sauna shared with S03152, 20 metres away. 1 boat, shared with S03152, is moored in another lake. Many excursion destinations: Barnens Gård, Blomstergården and Laxens Hus. Little used road between the house and the lake.

Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
