Description
This vacation home with private pool, tennis court and large private outdoor area is located in the countryside of Valdarno near Reggello. The house consists of several units and extends over several levels. The pool is in an elevated position opposite the house and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. This house was originally a farm and preserves the authentic features of country life, your children can play freely outdoors, feed the chickens and take fresh eggs from the barn. If you want to prepare good grilled meat, collect the available aromatic plants: rosemary, sage, bay, thyme, oregano, mint and capers. Book a vacation between the end of October and the beginning of November and you will live a unique experience: the olive harvest and enjoy organic olive oil. This is an ideal solution for a group of friends or for a family vacation. You can gather in the common room on the first floor, where a guitar and board games are available. Thanks to the location you can organize excursions to the Abbey of Vallombrosa (15 km), the Castle of Sammezzano (4 km) and Florence, which you can easily reach by car (only 36 km). Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
