Welcome to this fantastically situated house, which welcomes you in a high location in the middle of Rauland Ski Center - Holtardalen. Here you can experience nature up close and enjoy a unique view of mountain ranges on the horizon. Make yourself comfortable in the cozy rooms after your excursions, the spacious sofa in the living room invites you to relax after an eventful day, create a particularly cozy atmosphere with a fire in the stove.
On the terrace, you can make the most of the fantastic view and look forward to the adventures that lie ahead.
Take long walks in the area around the house. A short bike ride will take you to Fagersand, a popular hiking and recreation area at Lognvikvatn. There you can walk on prepared paths to the large, beautiful beach, where you can barbecue, picnic, swim, relax in the sun and enjoy the beach life in Rauland. In winter you have the choice between slalom or cross-country skiing, you live in the middle of the ski area with the slope right in front of the house.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
