From the living area you can get to the back terrace, which is ideal for spending time outdoors during the day, as it is shaded. Here is also the barbecue. Only 80 meters from Preko is the idyllic island of Galevac (Skoljic) - a popular seaside resort - and the nearby sandy beach, which rightly bears the blue flag, because it is very clean.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
