8-Person Villa "Villa Danijela" in Pula

Enjoy a luxurious and carefree family vacation in the stunning villa "Villa Danijela." This comfortable 4-star, 156 m² (approx. 1,680 sq. ft.) villa is located in the charming former fishing village of Fažana in Istria, just 800 meters from the nearest pebble and sand beaches. Thanks to its unique layout featuring two separate living units connected by an exterior staircase, plus an additional sleeping area in a detached outbuilding, this villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is ideal for families who want to spend quality time together while also valuing privacy.

Layout & Comfort (Interior) 

The villa is spread across multiple floors and features a stylish, luxurious interior equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Via the exterior staircase at the back, you reach the second living unit on the upper floor. Here, there is a second cozy living room with a kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with a wonderful view. Additional flexibility is provided by a separate bedroom in a detached outbuilding and an extra toilet with a shower and private entrance. In the basement of the villa, you will also find a fully equipped fitness room featuring a punching bag, treadmill, and exercise bike. For the youngest guests, a travel crib and high chair are provided, and the house is strictly non-smoking.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings 

Outdoors, you will spend most of your time on the fully fenced 600 m² plot. At the center is the generous 38 m² private swimming pool (heatable for an extra fee), surrounded by a comfortable lounge area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. While the children have fun on the trampoline or at the table tennis table, you can easily fire up the charcoal barbecue for a delicious meal in the fresh air. The location in Fažana is fantastic. The village is known as the departure point for Brijuni National Park and offers a rich culinary scene with fine restaurants just 500 meters away. Explore nearby Pula (5 km) with its world-famous Roman amphitheater, or visit romantic Rovinj (30 km). After a day full of impressions, you can comfortably park your car in the private parking space at the house.
