Villa Eda is a beautiful, charming family villa with extremely inviting outdoor and indoor areas. The villa is surrounded by a 1,950 m² garden with a private swimming pool at its centre. The villa is ideal for groups of two or three families, as it can accommodate up to 14 people. There are two houses on the property; the smaller one, situated next to the pool, is ideal for guests who particularly value their privacy. In total, the villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Next to the pool is also the summer kitchen, where you can have a barbecue or prepare simple meals. Although everything you could possibly need is available within the villa, restaurants, beaches and bars are just 2 km away. This beautiful holiday home is situated in the village of Tar-Vabriga near Poreč. The villa is just 2 km from the beach. Tar-Vabriga offers cultural and leisure activities (e.g. donkey races). During your stay, you can visit the Euphrasian Basilica (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) in the cultural and historic centre of Poreč. Višnjan (11 km from Poreč) is a small town situated on a hill, surrounded by woodland, and known for its internationally renowned astronomical observatory.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
