The house is modern and comfortably furnished with nice furniture. It is located in a cul-de-sac and within walking distance of the golf course, market place in Marielyst, bowling center, mini golf, go-kart track, fun and golf track. The child-friendly bathing beach of Marielyst is just nearby. Marielyst has a long sandy beach with dunes. In the area you will find many amusements and if you are a recreational fisherman, you have good opportunities on the coast.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
