The vacation home awaits you with a modern atmosphere in a beautiful Scandinavian design with lots of wood and high-quality furnishings. The high ceilings and large windows allow a lot of light to enter the house. The open living area with dining area and large kitchen guarantees cozy moments with family or friends. During the day, the large terrace invites you to lie down on the open plot with the existing sun loungers and soak in the sun.
In the evening you can spend many hours in the activity room with billiard table or sizzle freshness on the grill. Furthermore, there is also an indoor whirlpool where you can fully relax.
The cottage is the ideal starting point for a vacation with beautiful beach days or trips to the surrounding area. You can reach the sandy beach after 1000 m. For day trips, we recommend visiting the charming towns of Kolding or Hadersleben, which you can reach in about 1 hour by car.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
